The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence (JM-CoE) Research Centre for the Law of European Integration (ReCLEI) is pleased to announce the launch of a Call for Papers in view of the upcoming workshop “New Research in European Public Law” to be held at the New York University on 19-20 November 2025.
The Workshop is organized by the NYU Jean Monnet Center, University of Groningen, Sapienza University of Rome and ReCLEI at UnitelmaSapienza University of Rome, with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union (ERASMUS-JMO-2023-COE (2023-2026) – Project Reference: 101127597).

ReCLEI is pleased to announce that the Workshop "The European Union and Climate Change: Policies, Regulation, and Access to Justice" will be held at the at UnitelmaSapienza University of Rome on December 12th, 2024.
The Workshop is organized by the ReCLEI in cooperation with the CRDI - Research Centre for International Law of UnitelmaSapienza University of Rome, with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union (ERASMUS-JMO-2023-COE (2023-2026) – Project Reference: 101127597). and the Research Project "JurisCC: Giurisdizione internazionale e cambiamento climatico: problemi, sfide e opportunità", funded by the Department of Law and Economics (DSGE) of UnitelmaSapienza University of Rome.

ReCLEI (JM-CoE) Call for papers: "The European Union and Climate Change: Policies, Regulation, and Access to Justice"
The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence (JM-CoE) Research Centre for the Law of European Integration (ReCLEI) is pleased to announce the launch of a call for papers in view of the upcoming workshop “The European Union and Climate Change: Policies, Regulation, and Access to Justice”, to be held at the University of Rome UnitelmaSapienza on December 12th, 2024.
Interested scholars should submit an English abstract (max 750 words), together with a short bio or resumé, to events@europeanpapers.eu by October 20th, 2024. Please include your name, e-mail and affiliation along with the abstract. Successful applicants, who will be notified by e-mail by the end of October, are expected to provide a short conference paper by December 2nd, 2024 (max 6.000 words).
Selected papers will be considered for publication in a Special Section of European Papers – A Journal on Law and Integration or in an edited volume with an international publisher.

ReCLEI (JM-CoE) - Questionnaire
The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence ReCLEI is pleased to present the following questionnaire, which is devised to capture the public perception about the most pressing challenges facing European integration and to involve the European Papers community, relevant stakeholders and the general public in the debate.
The results of the questionnaire will help the ReCLEI team to orient the agenda of the Centre and to identify research topics to be addressed in the upcoming ReCLEI events, including a workshop scheduled for late autumn 2024. Please fill in the questionnaire by July 10th.
